5k Producing is the small family service production company started by Chad & Kendall Kukahiko in Los Angeles in 2016, but is now based in Auckland, New Zealand. 5k’s goal is to make every production feel like ‘A healthy family home for the holidays’ - in every stage from pre-production all the way through post-production.

The idea is that a smooth, supportive environment frees up the artists and department heads from ego-based emotional confrontations so that they can focus their entire talents and attention on their art, and make the film, show or commercial better.
